Where do you get your product from?
We source our store from several different wholesale stores. We try to pick out a variety of items that we think you will love! We are always on the look out for new trends and new products to bring you the best items possible that we love of course!
What payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Amazon or Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
How much does shipping cost?
We have an $6.00 flat rate shipping and free shipping on all orders over $100 for the 48 contiguous states. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska unfortunately the price to ship is very expensive so there is a fee of $20.
How will my products be shipped?
We ship from UPS or USPS depending on the time. You will receive an email when the item is shipped with tracking information.
When will my products ship?
Your order will ship within three business days. We do our best to get the product out the door as soon as possible. You will receive an email when the item is shipped with tracking information.
What if I want more of the item then you have in stock?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can get more product in for you!
Do you ship out side the USA?
No. Shipping is only available in the USA as of right now.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned for store credit only. We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received your shipment. A RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENT. The customer will be issued an online credit code for the selling price that the items were purchased for. We will contact you via email with your online credit code for the amount of your returned items. Return shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. STORE CREDIT NEVER EXPIRES.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and your shipping charge is not refundable. All product must be in new condition. Items that smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.
